Nokia 7610 webpage synch?

I think the following is possibly - anyone know a way to impliment it:

Get your PC to get the weather forecast, and news etc regularly from a website.

Then whenever your bluetooth enable Nokia 7610 comes within Bluetooth range get it to update the weather repotrt from the PC for viewing later?

I think thats very interesting and i can see the uses of it. I think the issue here is not to do with web pages/files that are transfered but to do with an auto-sync function. Also i don't think that the software that performs this sync should be symbian based but rather pc based. What do you think?
