Help! My N-gage QD can't detect the software in the file manager. when i want to remove the program , i can't do so because the file manager show "no data".

If you want to remove/unistall software, don't use any file managers. Use the built-in "Manager" app. The phone's User's Guide has more details.
several moths ago i had a problem aboout uninstalling too. my problem was NGage couldn't see the installed programs on built-in "Manager" app. I couldn't uninstall my applications. but they were working perfectly. I couldn't find the reason, and i formatted it. what could be the reason for this problem? I'm really wpondering what could cause this failure.
