Ringtone problem....help???

Hi to all 7610 owner...i have facing this problem when my hp ring the starting of the tone are soft then after 2 sec the tone then go back to it normal sound .Is it normal ?? any 7610 owner face this problem??But there is no this problem for message tone when receivec a message. :con?
