Hiya, i bought a QD about a week ago, and its had this problem where after like 20 minutes to about an hour the bluetooth just 'stops'.. no warning, the icon is still there, it still says 'on' in the settings, but nothing can pick it up, my computer cant transfer files etc.
So i have to go into settings on my qd, click turn bluetooth 'off' and it says "Unable to perform bluetooth operation". So i press 'off' again then it changes to 'off'. then i click it and it turns to 'on' then everything works again until it just stops..
So far i have gotten 4(!!! 😃) people to buy a QD. And i tested it on one of my friends and he has the same problem!!! We are in the same batch too!
Ive taken it into the city to the service center and they say it should be ready by friday.. Has anyone else witnessed this problem?
I have the latest firmware, according to the guy who served me.. Also, i have tried resetting and everything(Both reset codes) with no success.. What do you think they will do to my phone? reflash it? replace the bluetooth module??... *sigh* i hope they can fix it! :'(
Yes. I have the exact same problem with my QD. Makes it pretty impossible to use my BT headset... Please let us know if you get the issue solved! I promise to do the same.

What firmware/batch date do you have?
*#0000# at the main screen.
I have 3.15 firmware and i cant remember my batch date as my phones at the service center 😊 i think its 8/4/2004.. i think.. im pretty sure its the 4th month
Hi! I'm also having the same problem. When I brought my QD to the Nokia Service Centre, they said there is no latest firmware released. The version is 3.15. Anyone out there got latest version?

3.15 is the latest version.
Its a hardware problem which can be fixed by your service center.
Ask them to repair it.
