Can recieve but not send via BT

Just got my new 7610 yesterday, but no matter what I do I can't send from the phone to the PC via BT. I can send from the PC to the phone no problem.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong, I have done a factory defaults reset but still no different?

I know it's not the BT dongle 'cos I can still send both ways with my 3650???

Ok to anyone who had an answer I've kind of solved this by rolling back my PC via Symantic ghost & it's all okay, strange why it wouldn't work on my other PC with a fresh install of the BT dongle?
