Have the same question like you Fischman...
I wonder if I just can copy/paste .sis files to my MMC.
It worked fine with images, .wav and .mp3 but not the same with programs.

Hope that somebody will help us.

It is not only possible to put the .sis file on to your mmc it is also dead easy.
Download and unzip to PC;
Use a card reader to transfer the unzipped .sis file to the mmc;
Using FExplorer (or Seleq) go to E: drive and it ought to be in there;
Click on the .sis file that you want to install and the phone then guides you thru the rest of the proceedure (it first saves the file to the installer! Smart eh!).

I do it this way all the time as the bluetooth connection between Nokia PC Suite and my 3650 DONT work (grrrrrrrrr) and is also much slower than a card reader. Hope this was of some help

Hi'

At least Your phone should have a program like Fexplore or selq(Any file manger). With the help of IR connectivity or Bluetooth kit you can easly install FExplore. without any file manger its very difficult to locate the sis file from MMC. Actually you no need to copy the sis file to c:\nokia\install. because sis file is a executable file and when you open sis file,it will automaticaly create an entry in the c:\nokia\installs.When you are unistall the program through the App. manger the entry will delete automaticaly.
