Have a Nokia 3660 with English, French and German languagues available.
Wonder if it's possible to add Spanish to it.
Also, the predictive input text in spanish will help.

Not possible to just add Spanish to it on your own, but a Nokia authorized service center can reflash the phone with a version that includes Spanish.
Note that a version that has Spanish, might not have all the other languages you want (for example, it might then be Spanish, Portugese, English that you get, or some other combination).
Do you think is it a way to flash the phone by myself?
Since this device is not sold in Argentina, Nokia Argentina doesn't support it.
If it were possible to do it by myself, will be best and nice to try 😉

To do it yourself you'd need a relatively expensive flashing device and an illegal copy of the phone's ROM flash files.
Maybe a Nokia service center can still get the correct flash files from Nokia and put them on your phone. Have you asked such service companies?
