ngage problems

hello everyone,i bought a nokia ngage a few weeks back and one 128mb mmc,the problem is that none of the mp3s or aac's work,the device gives me a "music device system failure",other than that i also noticed that i am unable to record anything from the radio or an external audio source,however the recorder works fine,as in i can record stuff from the device's own microphone but nothing from an external audio source or the radio The real media files work fine(with a few glitches some videos run slow).I bought the ngage refurbished so im not sure if theres still something wrong with it.I have no applications or any other software other than the stuff which came with the phone.Im also having trouble connecting the phone to my pc,it just doesnt show up as a disk on my pc,i even installed pc suite and the audio manager but that could be because of my pc which is really old.Hope you guys can help.thanks in advance
