i have tried the reset code. and the reset prompt appeared, and then after that it will ask for the "lock code". but when i entered the default code "12345" it fails. im sure the lock code is correct. how can i reset my phone? and why does it fails to accept the lock code. is there another way to reset the phone? pls..i do need your help..thanks and godbless.. 😊
I have tried *#7370# but it did not work?
Its obvious that the lock code is not correct, otherwise, the format would've worked. You can't format the phone without the lock code.

try 0000 .. or 1234 ... maybe just try rememberin anypassword u mite have changed. Last choice is to take it to nokia ..
Had you previously changed password for lock ?
If so, try to inser only the first 5 numbers...
I had some problems when i've inserted a lock code of 7 numbers (and confirmed those 7 numbers), but after locking i couldn't unlock with the 7 numbers i've defined... discovered after many attempts that only the 5 first are valid...
So if you defined the lock as "987654321" you should only insert "98765" to unlock
Hope this helps
