Please help my 3650, network troubles...

Hi.

I've been having some serious problems with my cellphone lately, and I'm not sure what the cause is...

It might have been the fact that I got some water on the exterior, but I wiped it off fast and turned it off for a while just to be sure.

Anyways, it started during my visit to Spain this summer. My 3650 worked fine for a long time, but then suddenly I lost the connection to the networks completly. Searching for them turned up blank. I didn't give it much thought then, because the connection returned later. But then it dissapeared again, and for a longer period of time. But again, it returned and then dissapeared again. Lately, there hasn't been any connection at all.

So I'm not sure what to do and I'm not sure what's wrong. Any help at all would be greatly appriciated. 😃

Your problem doesn't sound water related. I droped my phone in 3 inches of water while it was on. Fortunately the cover kept most of the water out. I turned the phone off then dried it. When I turned in on for the next few days the screen scrambled into vertical lines. I took the face plat off and batter and dryed it with a hair dryer for about 15 minutes. I let it sit out for a day and that took care of the problems. However, I never lost connection with my provider.
