Oops.. Seems you encountered the first major bug in the 7650.. With firmware revision 3.12 the phone will hang and refuse to boot if the memory if full ..
safest way out is to take it to the service centre.. they might even upgrade the firmware for you while you are there.. but they will definitely solve the problem...
unsupported ways include manually resetting the memory and contents via an undocumented feature .. seach the forum for 'reset' 'memory' ..
But I advice you to take it down to the NSC.

You can type it in when you get the NOKIA logo on boot up. Do you even get that?
