Do you know whether 7610 is affected or not by this problem? I know Nokia is trying to overcome this issue by releasing new software versions for many cells, but, present day, not for our 7610. Bluesnarfing, i.e. the ability to steal personal data stored on a Symbian cell via Bluetooth
"Bluesnarfing"
It is only a problem with a couple of older phones, for which a fix will be available, if it isn't already (though, I have yet to hear of anyone actually having been affected by this).

Also "Bluesnarfing" only works if uou have bluetooth enabled on your fone. Unless youre using a bluetooth headset i dont see the reason to have it on long enough for someone to access and download data from your fone.
If you are not set to 'allow others to see' or whatever, I do not believe one can be bluesnarfed.
