Hard reset for symbian

Dear ...Guy

So due to the Hard Reset in the Symbian phone everyday approx. 2 time per day therefore i would like to know how to effect on the phone ,please kindly share your information to me

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying completely, but if your phone resets twice a day, you should take/send it to be repaired by a Nokia authorized service center.

If you mean something else, please explain more clearly.

If you wanna know what a Hard Reset does... well...

It formats your phone memory
and removes all applications installed on phone memory.

And you loose all settings, time and date, contacts etc.
