Beginner Question: How to install a theme?

Hello!

I am new to the whole mobile phone thing because until now I used my PDA / Smartphone hybrid and doesn't really know what to do:

I would like to install a theme and tried the following:

1. Connect the phone via USB, open the file manager and copy the theme into the folder "received files" but nothing happens. Neither can I choose the theme in the themes manager nor in the file manager. It seems as if it wasn't copied at all.

2. Then I tried to open the application manager. It recognizes the theme as an symbian application but I cannot copy it to the phone.

So what must I do to install a theme?

Just Install the software contains in the cd of 7610.
Now,open Nokia Application Installer
there are two small white colour window if ur phone is attach then on the right window u can see the avalible memory and in the lesft window u can see SIS APPLICATION IF ANY.
Themes are also Sis and they can also seen on left Window and u can se then double click on.
or u can slect the application and then click the arrow button which is in the mid of two windows and then in down status bars shows the blue line and then u can see on your mobile.
install as application
and then u can see in the themes.
