I would like to format my phone (c😊 and install the FW on a fresh formatted C: drive.
Can this be done and how ??

I dont know about formatting, but if you hold down the 5 key while turning the phone on it will give you the option to restore factory settings,
The phone should be how you received it from new,
it will wipe all your data and settings though so make a backup before you do that.
