Wsod + Nokia Service Center — Nokia N-Gage and N-Gage QD

Hi.

If got my n-Gage qd for 2 days now , and i already have a Wsod 😞,
I tryed the "Leave it off for 5 hours and try again" Part but that didnt work,
i have to take it to a nokia Service Center,
They have one downtown here, but i have a couple of questions,

How long does it useally take (Iam going to give it personally to them),
Does it cost money ?
Do i also get a firmware upgrade ( Iam in The Netherlands )
if so doest that cost extra,
Do i need to take reciept and box and all that or just the phone.

I didnt find this in the forums,
i know this depends on the country and such but,
just post what u had to take / pay and how long it took ,

for me to upgrade my firmware all i had to do was show them my warranty card that was in the box.it took about an hour and ofcourse it was free.
just take it since its only probably 20 minutes from where you live and ask them

Yea, i guess ur right,
Warrenty Card in the box ? iam searching it right now 😊,

Damn this sucks !,
i only had my n-gage QD for like 2 days,
and it already had a WSOD,
i took it to a service point and the guy said he had send it back to the factory :S,
Totaly lame, ill be without for like 2 weeks 😞.

Ill be waiting 2 weeks then, FFS.
