phone volume too low

hi, i'm new here but have a problem i hope someone can help me resolve:

on my nokia 3650 the phone volume is too low even if it's at the max.

i often have to press the phone against my ear to hear something!! :frown:

i think it's a sw problem so maybe even other owners of symbian phones can have the same problem....

any suggestions?

I`m experiencin a similar prob,monophonic ringtones sound loud,but poyphonics sound really low, also the quality of sound on my n6600`s quite bad.I`m really not lookin forward to listening to mp3 on a 6600.
