from what it looks like its a gps system so you will probably need the hardware which means you have to buy it 😊

What Ismail was trying to point out to you is that the system comprises hardware. That is, you cannot steal it via the internet, you have to do it the old-fashioned way. Go to a shop and put it secretly under your coat. Or rob an old lady's money and so that you can afford to buy it.
Yes... The Route 66 software is as good as useless without the GPS receiver, its just a lot of maps 😊
No "cracks" or "hacks" will ever fix or change that.
