Yes. Ask everybody to give you a call or send you a message when they use their new phones for the first time. 😉

Why do you ask/care/want to know?

n/a i think hes asking this question because hes buying a used phone and probably the person told him i never used it and he wants to make sure
if thats the case(read severel times to understand and probably get a headache) then the answer is no

Smell it

Seriously, if it smells clean and fresh then it's probably never been used, there's a nice smell of the plastic on brand new phones 😊

lol sounds a bit weird though.

The last phone that I bought as brand new from an official Nokia retailer had lots of SMSs in the message folder, contact infos, a sound clip, and so on. (I read somewhere that Nokia is reusing the electronic parts of repair units, but I don't know if this is true. Anyway, I didn't complain because the stuff the former user wrote to his colleagues was just too interesting.) So, it seems that even an officially brand new unit might have been used before.
