i have had the phone a long while now but it keeps forgetting words i have put into the dictionary which is really annoying as they are ones i use all the time.
has anyone got any idea how to fix this?

Try resetting your dictionary by deleting the file 'T9UDB0f.DAT' in C:\system\Data maybe there are too many repeated words saved?
This will leave you with a clean T9 dictionary as it was from new.
