Anybody know the diferences comparing the previous versions? But please elaborate a organized explanation if you know anything about new version.

did you find any "official" news about a 4.23 release?

Official No. Only a member o a news group explaining that it has this version and when he install a program appear error messages that with the previous version didn�t happen
