1. Vicky is not a moderator.
2. A good way to start is to post your topics in the correct sections of the forum, to write in understandable English, to not break the forum rules, and to behave politely against fellow forum members.
3. It doesn't matter if you've posted 40 or 4000 posts, it's the quality of your posts that matter.
