Keypad lock: what happens?

Hi there,

Just wondered as I don't want to try and find out.
If the wrong number is put into the lock code (say three times) on standby does anything happen? I'm guessing nothing will happen.

hi paul
well there are two different things one is"Keypad Locked" and other is "Phone Locked"
If your kepad is locked then nothing whould happend u can't press any key(except emerg numbers)
If your Phone is Locked( it need a 5 digit code, default is 12345) then if u put 5 times any wrong code then it will block for 5 minture and after five min u can put the 5 digit code and the process repeat if the code is wrong.
Nothing will happen if u put 3 Times.

3 times happen in the case of PUK(Realates to Network).
If your phone wants PIN (This will Give u three chance) in the start up and u put wrong pin the it will demand PUK and u can get it from your network Operator.
