Application Icons that won't go away with hard/soft format?

I have on my 6600 3 icons that wont go away what ever i do.
The applications for the icons are not installed (can not see them in manager)
I've tried:
Green - * - 3
*#7370#
*#7780#
None of them removed those icons.

What the heck should i do? (this problem came up after the phone was upgraded in firmware)

Go to Extras -> Memory -> options/format MMC
