Camera glitches

Bought my phone a few days ago! Great phone, photo quality and so on...!
Anyway I noticed a thing or two! So please answer?
Is it normal that the camera glitches whan I turn it around, it has a kind of very short delay? On some other phones I've noticed that it runs smuthly? So there is no mistake I am talking about picture takeing not video!
Is that normal on 7610 (becouse of the high quality pictures)???
Important!!!!!!!

do you have night mode activated? if so, the camera image will "jump" slightly as the phone is moved. if not, then the image on screen should be pretty smooth as you move the phone

My night mode is of, of course!
It is not like there are big glitches, it is just like it slows down for a mili second, and than goes on, like whan you watch the movie shoot with 7610, just that the glitches are a lot smaller!! It isnt realy a problem (becouse the camera has to stay still in order to take a picture) just that I wanted to check this out!
So do you have that litle glitch or not! ( Try moving your phone around with camera turned on and set on picture without zooming) And please tell me is the display perfectly smooth or there are little, tiny glitches?
It is wery important couse if that is not the case i should return my phone as soon as I can!

I believe it works as follows ...

even though you are not in night mode if you are in a badly lit area, the phone will increase exposure slightly, so get more light in and so will not be quite as smooth.

If you are in a well lit area it does not have to increase exposure and so moves smoothly.

Try well lit and not lit and even on normal mode (not night mode) you may notice a difference, I confess to not trying any of this but in theory this is what should happen.

I havent been able to find another 7610 in my city, so I can't compare the phones and it is preety much a problem for me!
The thing is that the glitch only happens without zooming! On zoom levels, at least on the second one it doesnt happen!
So I thought that this is a resolution issue, and that the phone has a resolution so high that it is a problem to catch the sorounding in real time and produces litle glitches!
I am sure that it is not a light problem now!
The ultimate experiment would be:
Point the camera (set on taking images) on an object that moves at constant speed ( example a moving car) without moving the camera and see if the car passes perfectly smooth throught the camera screen or it glitches for a second at some point and goes on ( a fourth balcony floor view on the cars passing bellow in my case)
I am starting to sound a little creepy maybe 😊 but as I said this forum is my only chanse to verify this due to the lack of another nokia 7610 to compare it with!
I am sorry to bother you with all this, the perfect thing woud be if I had a recording of the phone moving around with his camera on, but that can only be done if someone recorded that with a camcorder, and it is hardly the case that someone would do that ! :frown:
The video on 7610 glitches so it might be the case with the camera although it is not as obvious (my thoughts of confort for myself)!
