Well Try Formatting i.e off your phone press Green answer key and *button and 3number key together and then on your phone then u see formatting on screen.

if still it shows the same then contact the retailer
but i think it will alright when u format it.

When u format your Phone Whole your phone's "C" Phone Memory is Erased and it does not effect Sim and Memory Card Memory.

I hope you can understand me, my English is not the best..

Yikes, you are a real noobie huh? 😉 Let me see if I can help, what happens when you format a hard drive on your computer? Does the data on the other drives and the bios stay the same or get erased? Its the same with your phone. Format the phone and only the phone's memory is erased, the data on your MMC stays intact.

sorry for getting you on your nerves

First of all, I should be apologizing to you for misunderstaing you and I am very sorry about that! Second, you are not getting on anyone's nerves 😃. Definately not mine 😊

As to your questions, hopefully I am getting it right this time 😉. what programs on on your 'C' drive depends on what you have installed. Sorry to be inprecise, but you can see the list if you use FE explorer and take a look at the system/apps directory on your 'c' drive. The Z dirve is the flash rom of the phone and cannot be edited with the proper hardware. Don't ask me what the 'd' drive is beacuse I have no idea. Can someone chime in? I think its the heap memory but I am not sure.
