my ngage qd doesn't start..
in other words I turn it on and the writing nokia appears on the sceen for a few seconds but the it becomes all white an d then "nokia" reappears but then all white again. this happends for two or three times but then the phone turns off without any reason..
before this happended I tried to transfer a too big file from my apple to my ngage and the memory was full,
I tried to use the code to format the phone but didn't work so I turned it off.
can somebody help me please??????

firstl try formating the phone.
if the problem exist.
then take your phone to nokia care.
"what message u get when u r formting"
have u changed the security code. if not "default code" by nokia is '12345'.
i think this will u help u .

Yes the formatting code does not work when it is off like 6600 and 7610.
The same happens with me on the very frist day when i go i was trasfering mp3 song.
and i went to Nokia Service Center and they took 10-15 min and it was done
they re-flash the software free of cost bcoz it was under warrenty and the frist day too
when i ask then they said that the memory was full and the your phone suddenly get off and not able too on so use pc suite or card reader to transfer data.
