Is it my phone or all 6600 are like this?

yes , u can use audacity tool to make the tones louder. try to search for the program in search engines.

Okay. I downloaded the software because I too face the same problem and haven't got much in way of a solution even after posting a similar question in 3 different forums. Can anyone now guide me as to how do I increase the tone volume in Audacity? A short step-wise tutorial would be a great help.

You can Cut the mp3 song with mp3 cutter or like other programs related to it.
the on the left side when u Audacity
u can see -........+ error make to plus it will show u frist 0 then 3,6,9 then 12.make it 6 or 9 as to sound quality and then export as mp3 or wav but plzzz reduce the quality of the Wav from prefernce and it will make short in size otherwise to would be in Mbs (even small song)
