I have had the misfortune of sinking some money into L3 Solutions s/w through Symbos.com. I am using this post to inform potential users to AVOID L3 Solutions s/w and also to NOT deal through Symbos.Com. I have been trying to get the two to provide support for approx. 2 weeks and they have not even had the decency to respond! Maybe my experience is unique, but I would really appreciate any feedback from folks that have dealt successfully with the two.
