Hi, I really hope someone can help me?
Like a complete muppet i have managed to delete some very important (sentimental) photos from my Nokia 6600. They were saved directly onto the memory card. Does anyone know a way of recovering these photos??
I will be eternally grateful if someone can help.
Thanks
Sorry, but you're only going to be able to recover them if they have been backed up elsewhere (for instance on your PC). :frown:
Or, if they were taken with the 6600, with the original destination being the phone's memory, AND you backed the phone memory to the MMC BEFORE transferring them, then restoring the phone's memory would do it. That's a lot of 'ifs and buts', so you're probably out of luck.
If you have recently purchased a digital camera then you should have received some software for the memory card which can restore delated files by looking at the footprint left on the memeory card. Applications that can do this are listed at the following link;

If you don't have a digicam then consider buying the software.
Good luck

huh...
think with me...
phone and MMC uses FAT as file system!
the files are recoverable but there's no such app for series 60..
if the files were in MMC, you could take it to a Windows PC with a MMC reader ..
I went through the same situation were I took pictures of a drunk naked girl and them my friends made me delete the files...
I deleted thinking the app existed .. I should have emailed them first.. :frown:
