I know that Expansys is not always the most reliable with dates but they are currently showing the Sendo X as being 200 available in 3 days.
Available soon in UK?

I've got one on pre-order with them, and haven't had any emails yet officially telling me this...so, maybe they will be in stock, maybe not...

Have you noticed that they are selling them SIM free & on contract with one of the big UK operators. This seems to imply that this is the operator that is taking the X in the UK & if so then with an operator this big behind it then that could really help the X get into the market in a big way as people start to take the phone more seriously since it will have had to pass the rigid operator acceptance tests.
Expansys offer a discount off all their SIM free phones if you take out a 12-24 month phone contract through their airtime provider - as I understand it the SIM free phone and the SIM are only bundled together by Expansys, not the network operator.
If you think that Expansys selling a phone implies any level of network operator testing, I'm fairly convinced you are wrong simply from my own experiences of the Nokia 3650 (which blatantly didn't work with Orange until 6 months after release (and 2 firmware updates from Nokia) - yet everyone who sold them SIM free said it would work with all 4 operators!)
Expansys has listed O2 and Vodafone as a "with contract" network for the X, so I don't think we can read anything into what their website says.
