Hi, sorry,

I'm a newbie, both on the forums and to the 6600.

How can we do something like stretch the wallpaper to fit the entire screen?

If someone has a reference to a thread like it....could you point me to it please?

Regards

Craig

thanks for the prompt reply...

the problem i have is that i've downloaded themes from the uber symbianthemes website, and then some of the wallpapers don't seem to fit right...

so what i should do is either use photoshop etc. etc. to format the picture....or use the theme programmes to fit the pictures, then upload it to my phone and it'll fit full string?

Thanks mate, i just hope this thread does not get deleted.

Cheers.

Craig

Thats what i mean,if you set an image as wallpaper to a theme, the maximum size is 176x144 so it will not be full screen.

You need to make an entire theme using the image of your choice and size it 176x208 so that it covers the full screen, you can then choose different images for the idle screen, menu background,Go to,calender etc. 😊

Any areas you dont want to change, leave them blank and they will be created the same as the default nokia theme (to save wasting time editing areas you are happy with). 😊

ive got a themse that ive downloaded that i like, is there anyway to edit it to get the picture i want fullscreen on it?
