i am not sure where to post this but my cousin has been having problems with his bluetooth like not being able to find any devices and other problems since he install windows xp sp2 and after looking on this forum i haven't been able to find any thing useful and i searched google and found too useful links and though anyone with this problem can use my hard work http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;883258
