Hello,

Does anyone know how to edit the boot-up for the 7610?

I installed an active java screensaver and now I cant uninstall it because it does not appear to be in the app manager.
I noticed in the system folder there is a folder called bootdata, but when I try to open a file within it, it says (no installed app for this file).

what app do I need to edit these dat files?

Thanks.

Delete the file or folder related to that Java Screen Saver
if u still confused then Try Format but u loses the data.

if u don't want to lose your data. before formatting create a backup via pc suite.
u can restore later if u want.

IF its java then it should be in tha apps directory, you know, games then apps, from there it should be able to have the REMOVE command. les get appman to see the PROCESSES tab, press option then DETAILED INFO, that will show the location of that certain application, from there u can delete it, just be sure to delete any other dependencies if any.
