Contacts on Memory Card

I remember using an option to save contacts to the memory card instead of the phone memory. I kept the original MMC as a back up. My phone was damaged (water damage), luckily the insurance company replaced it and now I'm trying to find my contacts on the MMC but can't remember where the option to use MMC for contacts instead of phone memory is.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no such option specifically for saving contacts. All there is, is the backup & restore options in the "Memory" app.
