all you have to do is pair the device to your pc. then go into the decive, and selecting dial up networking, and voila! the pc will connect to the modem using bluetooth.

See my latest reply in "Connecting my laptop with GPRS using BT." After you pair the device you have to setup a dialup networking connection. The key, if you are using XP SP2, is to NOT use the Nokia modem software. This is very important. Do NOT use the Nokia modem softwarfe. When you setup your dialup connection select the "Standard modem using Bluetooth" as the hardware. Use *99# and no login or password. At least with T-Mobile that is how it works. I then had to setup my standard email client, Thunderbird, with the T-Mobile SMTP settings. It works suprisingly well. After you create the dialup connection just right click on it, select connect, and it will perform the connection. You do not have to connect using the Nokia Mrouter thing. The dialup link will just establish the proper connection to your 3650 and will connect. I got it to work yesterday and it has been very reliable and remarkably fast so far. In fact, I am using my laptop connected through my 3650 to type this reply. Good luck.

it was just a wrong setting line in the setting of the modem User posted image

That is great. Glad you resolved it. So, it is working ok for you? I am rather surprised at the speeds I am getting. How about you?
