inside a 6600

has any1 opened there 6600 up? or know a website about it? i need to sort the vibrate motor out, i can hear it spingin just not virbating then i hit it and it will work a few times. want to get inside and sort it out. if i can

any help

hi your best bet would be to take it to your nearest nokia service centre and if its still under warranty they will fix it free of charge .If you really want to open it up have a look here http://www.gbnetwork.co.uk/6600/disassembly/ .hope you get it sorted .

If the motor is spinning but the phone is not vibrating then the weight has probally just fallen of the spindle,it is easy to access but i dont know how you could re attach it. Good luck

hi sorry to bring up this thread again, but recently i have had the same problem, did u fix it urself in the end?? and if so how and does it now work ???

I dont know if he fixed it but,its very easy to gain access to the motor to re-attach the weight (if you can) or check the connection,which is just a springy metal strip.
