HTTP Connection from laptop to the internet over wap?

Hi,

is it possible to use a mobile phone namely a SX1 in order to establish a connection from the PC to the Internet?
Yes, by using the standard GPRS connection which is 9,27Euro/Mb for O2 in germany.
However, there is an o2-wap-flatrate for just 5 Euro.
So my question is:
Is it possible to connect to the internet over an wap connection. Maybe by installing additional software on the laptop, the mobile phone and even some other PC on the internet. (I could imaging some friend of mine having installed some somehow changed http-proxy which is also a wap-server. I would then start my laptop. One there some programm emulates a internetconnection by connecting via BT to some programm on my mobile phone which changes my http commands to wap commands, sends them to the http-proxy on my friends pc, which will send send the http commands into the internet.)

It would be great if something like that existed. I found a research group in Taiwan, describing something that might be what I was discribing (or atleast the http-proxy part), but didn't find anything else.

Many thanks
Jan Christoph
