I'm an Australian that recently bought a second hand 7650. The phone was faultless for approx 3 months, but now thin horizontal lines have appeared at the bottom of the screen. Here is a picture of the problem: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/peppy_07/detail?.dir=/df7d&.dnm=e723.jpg
No problem was present when I purchased the phone.
The lines slowly dissappear when the phone is switched off, (eventually dissappearing completely) but always reappear. The lines have no effect on any programs whatsoever, they are just annoying to look at and irritate me greatly.
I have been told by one person it is a sofware related problem and a display problem by another. My local repairer said he could "try to fix it", but can't guarantee a solution and is charging almost the same price that I purchased the phone for originally.
Has anyone had experience with this kind of problem or could tell me what I am dealing with?
