problem viewng 3gp movies

I've download a movie in 3gp format frome internet, then I've uploaded on the memory card but when I've tried to play with real player it says that is an unkown video format 😞
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The problem is probably the sound track format - the Sendo X is quite picky about which formats it supports within RealPlayer. You might find that the generic AMR format is the best to use.

Hi, can you provide a link to the file, so we can check it out?
Also, does it work OK on another S60 handset (3650 / 6600 / SX1) ?

Realplayer? Eh? I thought that only Quicktime had support for 3gp-format movies?

Perhaps you can try that?

On the Sendo X (as with most other Series 60 phones) Real Player supports 3GP formats - especially if you use the updated Helix player 😊
