Try C/system/data/mail

If u want to Find the Phone memory message inbox then try
C/System/Mail
If u want to Find the Memory Card message inbox then
E/System/Mail

Actually not everyone especially newbies, because not all series 60 devices have fexplore installed or a file manager at least. So if you just bought a series 60 phone eg: 36xx u have no idea of its internal drives. Stop bashing just try to help. Peace. 😉
