Right my gage recently mucked up, the icons came out of the orginal folders and went to the root menu.
Can anyone tell exactly would folders everything goes in?

My gage mucked up...
Take the opportunity and organize them in a way that makes sense for you, instead of just trying to get things as they were when the phone left the factory.
In other words, move the apps you most frequently use to the top, and the rest in submenus/subfolders that group them in a way you can easily remember/use.
If you really want things as they were, you can figure it out by reading the phone's User's Guide (and if you don't have it, you can download it from http://www.n-gage.com/).
