I don't know any Link on Internet but u can try on Ebay.
Or
You can eassily get the Cover from Nokia Care Center.
Black and White are In Box Colour are Hard to get but some times u can eassily get.

Have you checked expansys? www.expansys.com. I don't know if they have it yet but they are usually good at getting those things. They ship to the US as well as EU.

Oh, hehe how did you know that? It was no-where in his post. From India your best bet would be to get it from SIngapore. Theres a website which has shipped to me before. The link is at home, I hope I still have it. If I find it I'll post later.
