i have a moto h5810 headset my fone then asks for a passcode but i have not got one and cant seem to get pass it they are new and not even the shop can help at the moment ...

The passcode for these tends to be set at 0000, it is normally mentioned in the manual, which should be with the phone if new, (page 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63 etc, etc... it depands on your language, of the manual that I have just downloaded from the Motorola site)
