I'm using the current version of PC Suite v6.4, having problem with it, i can't copy or back up my phone, first the back up is going fine, but it stops, i think 10% of the bar, i thought this problem will be solve when i upgrade it to a new version, my old version our v6.1 and v6.3, how do i do to make this work? I think the Win XP SP2 had cause this problem... can somebody help?

and btw, the year 1980 issue on birthday calendar has been resolved on v6.4, but the problem... for example, may dad's year of birth is 1953, when synchronized on pc suite, it store 1980 rather than 1953, but it's oki, atleast the problem has been resolved

What my problem now is... when i full back up including my MMC, but when i back up the phone only, it works fine, what do you think is the problem?
What kind of MMC (who made it, what size)? Does it work with some other (brand) MMC?
Yea Mjsee I'm also experiencing the same problem as you are. When my phone is being backed up till about 20% the whole backup doesn't continue anymore. Using Nokia PC Suite 6.4 and Windows SP 2 as well... Anyone knows what may be the problem?

@abcdefg: i tought i'm the only one experiencing this problem... so far... i think when i'm online, it doesnt finish backing up the phone, but still having problem with the memory card backup

I got stuck on the 10% mark too, using the original supplied 64mb Nokia card. I recently switched to another brand's 256mb card (got it cheap) and it backed up successfully. Go figure. Maybe there's some protected content on the original card?
hello i had the same problem too the backup stopped but i found a way . jus let it run for a while mostly let your screensaver run and after a while it will automatically run n try after 5-10 minutes it will be done.it happens faster if you use a adminster account.
i think there is some bug with nokia pc suite and the dku2 cable. i am having the same problem too. there is no problem when you try to upload files to your hp right? try using BT, it works fine for me
it all happen when i tried to use videos, and uploading of my videos, shot many pictures, i think i used up 80% of the mem card and started acting really strange on backing up the memcard... or is it just a bug on the data suite, hopefully someday this issue will resolve by nokia.
