PC Suite Problems

Hello guys,
i have my 7610 connected to my pc using the dku2 usb cable, whenever i try to use pc suite, to read a folder or it contents on the phone, the PC suite program just locks the whole computer down, slows it to a crawl, and takes ages to read anything. Its very annoying to have your pc freeze for 5 minutes just to read a folder on the phone.
ANy suggestions as to the cause or the the cure pls?

Sorry can't really help, but I have problems just like this from time to time, have you downloaded latest ver pc suite 6.3 I think, this is better than version supplied with phone

i am using 6.4, the latest version, straight from teh nokia site. And havent been able to use it even once without it freezing my pc for 5 mins at a time. I am getting very frustrated now! i would really apprecite some advice!

The workaround that ZahirB posted works for now untill Nokia gets off their asses and fixes this problem.

thanks smapdi, seems to do the trick temporarily. have asked further questions on the other thread from now on.
