I'm thinking of buying an IR keyboard
(BT keyboards are still too pricey) so I can
use my phone as a "word processor" in class, and
was wondering ...
Has anyone tries those keyboards with the phone ?
how does it work ?
how's the typing rate ?
Any special problems ?

6600 and IR keyboards .
I haven't tried one, but the main problem I can see is that the IR port is on the side of the phone, possibly meaning you will have to type with the phone on it's side, a bit painful on the neck I would think.
I am going to wait for a BT keyboard or the Nokia pen to lower in price 😮)
About the position of the port, this is no problem becouse i was
told that the IR port of most keyboards can move and be placed
right where the port in the 6600.
I heard of another problem, someone told me
that the connection between the devices keeps
disconecting, couse the IR beam is very weak,
any1 having same problem ?
