Hello, i need some help here, i've tried several times formating my phone but it doesnt work with the code *#7370#, though i've done it before and it worked but now, when i enter the code and the lock code, it shows the same usual procedure for formatting and it comes back within a minute with time and date after entering those its all the same , all my contacts, files on phone, it just reset factory settings, even isnt deleting the operator logo i've set a custom one, its all the same, even tried loading the phone in safe mode, and then formatting it but doesnt work.. anyone have a clue?

Well I think you can get it reflashed from your nearest authorised Nokia Care place.
