c,#,* keys of my nokia 7650 not working

can anyone help me on this? keys c,#,* are not functioning. any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Nokia authorized service center (unless you have the tools to open up and clean the phone yourself). And, if cleaning is not enough, the service center will have (or can get) the spare parts.

thanks, bro. now it's even worst. only keys 4,5,6,7,8, and 9 are functioning. i don't know if it's because of previous installation of applications like, stools, sdoubler, active desk, and eprofiles.
