wont start - stuck at nokia logo

Maybe you could try booting in safe mode if thats available in ngage, not an ngage user myself. From that you could limit the programs booting in start up so it wont eat up your phone memory which apparently got filled. Try everything... it wont hurt as bad as it does now. Cause the other thing to do is take it to a Nokia Center to get it flashed :frown: .

Search the thread on how to format your phone, if its the same procedure as 36xxs, it still needs to boot then press #7370# to do a full format.
